Profitable, private company specializing in AI-driven Performance Marketing solutions. Operating on a successful Bootstrap model with a global paying client base, the company generates high-quality leads to drive business growth.
Located in Tel Aviv (Train-line), the team consists of dozens of employees and maintains a hybrid model with one day of remote work.
The Role-
- Joining a new, specialized ML team with a focus on applied research.
- Full ownership of ML projects end-to-end: from problem formulation and feature engineering to deployment and production monitoring.
- Focusing on Tabular Data and extracting predictive signals from complex, unstructured datasets.
- Working with Big Data and optimizing models for production environments, focusing on inference latency.
- Collaborating with Data Engineers and implementing MLOps tools (Experiment tracking, Model versioning, and Deployment pipelines).
- Maintaining high standards for experimental design, causality, and model validation.
Requirements-
- 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist
- Strong background in AI and deep experience in Machine Learning
- Proven experience in Applied Research and working with Tabular ML
- Experience with MLOps, Big Data, and Cloud ML environments
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle of a model into Production
