We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis who wants to advance to a management position and manage our core enterprise SAP systems in a large-scale, complex, and dynamic environment — with forward-thinking mindset and integration of AI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilitie
- Lead the SAP Basis team (hands-on alongside team leadership)
- .Full ownership of SAP system availability, performance, stability, and reliability across the enterprise
- .Plan and execute SAP projects including upgrades, migrations, and installations (including S/4HANA)
- .Work closely with application, infrastructure, information security, and development teams
- .Manage and resolve complex production issues and system incidents
- .Optimize system performance and resource utilization (Database, Application, Operating System)
.Mandatory Requirement
- s4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis
- .Proven managerial experience, including leading a small to medium-sized team
- .Practical experience operating SAP systems such as ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, Gateway, Portal, PI on HANA and Oracle
- .Solid infrastructure-level knowledge of SAP BTP, including
- :SAP Cloud Connecto
- rIdentity Authentication Service (IAS
- )Cloud user management and integration with Microsoft Entra I
