ONE Digital is looking for a Tenders and Procurement Specialist for one of our clients, a large organization in the Haifa area.
This role involves managing tender processes end to end, from defining requirements and drafting documents to publishing, evaluating proposals, and recommending suppliers. The position requires working with multiple stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance throughout the process.

What’s in the Role?
Supporting end to end tender processes including document preparation, publication, proposal collection, and evaluation
Performing economic comparisons between proposals
Supporting negotiations with suppliers
Preparing protocols, presentations, and reports for the tender committee
Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a structured environment
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law from a recognized academic institution
At least one year of experience in tenders, requests for proposals, commercial agreements, or supplier engagements
Ability to support negotiation processes with suppliers
High level of proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
Advantages
