With its advanced technology, QinFlow is committed to providing life-saving solutions for emergency scenarios and extreme environments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Import Export Specialist based in Petah Tikva. The role entails managing and coordinating the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing customs brokerage processes, preparing required documentation, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The specialist will also resolve any issues that arise during the logistics process and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications

Experience in Import and Export operations, including handling documentation and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Customs Brokerage and International Trade processes
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage logistics partners and resolve shipment challenges
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate transaction records
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in international trade
Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in logistics and trade management
