Assistant Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Nes Ziona. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, managing logistics, expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and supporting project managers with all project-related activities in line with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery and project workflow.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and executing projects efficiently.
• Experience in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Capabilities in Logistics Management to streamline operations and supply chain efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data — including organizing, analyzing, and reporting on operational and project data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical parts production and electro-mechanical systems is a plus.

Compensation Monthly gross salary: ₪14,000–₪16,000, commensurate with experience.
