We aren't looking for a "lab" researcher; we need a Field Data Scientist. You will work directly under our AI & Data Team Lead to build the engine that powers automated creative decision making. You should understand the nuance of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and how to translate them into data driven ad architectures.

• A Field Thinker: You understand that marketing data is messy, biased, and fast moving. You know how to find the signal in the noise.
• Creative Architect: You don’t just run models; you build flows that connect consumer behavior to creative output.
• Action Oriented: You prefer a working prototype over a perfect slide deck.

• Engine Development: Design and implement machine learning models that analyze ad performance and competitor trends to "decide" what creative should be built next.
• Performance Mapping: Translate complex marketing KPIs into fitness functions for our AI orchestration layer.
• Hands on Coding: Write production ready Python code to integrate with our data engineering pipelines and LLM frameworks.
• Collaborate: Work side by side with the Team Lead to architect the "creative brain" of WIDER.

• Marketing DNA: Proven experience working in AdTech, MarTech, or growth stage startups. You should speak the language of marketing teams fluently.
• Python Mastery: Expert level Python skills, specifically within the data stack (Pandas, Scikit learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Statistical Rigor: A deep understanding of Bayesian optimization or reinforcement learning (bonus points for applying these to creative testing).
• Experience: 5+ years in data science, with a track record of shipping products to production.
• The Field Mentality: You are comfortable with the "dirty work" - cleaning data, debugging pipelines, and iterating quickly based on real world performance.

• Agentic Workflows: Practical experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents and multi step task frameworks.
• Generative AI: Practical experience fine tuning LLMs or working with Diffusion models for image and video analysis.
• Creative Analysis: Experience with computer vision for analyzing why specific visual elements in ads drive higher conversion.
