Senior Technological Lead (Hands-on) – Core Product Development (HQ)

We are looking for a Senior Technological Lead, Hands-on, to lead the transformation of a critical, long-standing core product into a modern, scalable, and advanced platform.

This role combines deep ownership of system architecture, leadership of legacy modernization, and hands-on execution, with a direct impact on product development velocity, business scalability, and company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of a critical product suite from legacy systems to a modern, scalable platform, while ensuring business continuity and accelerating delivery and development pace.
• Migration from legacy systems based on ASP / ASP.NET / VB6 to a modern Microsoft stack (.NET 9) and React.
• Own the end-to-end technological design of ERP, POS, Mobile, and API-based products.
• Design and develop scalable solutions for multi-user, high-transaction systems.
• Improve performance and optimize Microsoft SQL Server, including Stored Procedures, data design, and query tuning.
• Lead the decomposition of existing DLL components and refactor business logic into modern architectures.
• Establish advanced development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering excellence practices.
• Integrate AI agents and tools to improve productivity, code generation, and SDLC (as an accelerator, not the core focus).
• Mentor and guide development teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development within product-based companies (ERP experience – an advantage).
• Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles such as Principal Engineer / Tech Lead / Senior Technical Leader.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET / C# / backend design.
• Significant experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially React.
• Proven experience leading complex legacy modernization processes.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience building modern APIs and migrating from legacy systems (SOAP/XML → REST).
• Ability to combine hands-on execution with a broad system-level perspective.
• Experience working in on-premise environments – must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI coding tools / AI agents / GitHub Copilot / Cursor / SDLC automation.
• Experience with ERP / Retail / POS systems.
