About the Job:

As our Product Marketing Manager, you are the architect of the IO River narrative. You will lead three critical pillars of our growth:

1. Strategic Positioning: You are responsible for positioning IO River as the definitive leader in Multi-CDN and Edge Security, ensuring our value proposition is undeniable.
2. Brand Growth & Authority: You will drive brand recognition by improving our ranking in LLMs (GEO), expanding our reach through strategic partner networks, and scaling our presence across all marketing channels.
3. Asset & Channel Leadership: You will own and evolve our brand assets and primary channels, including our website, social media, and content hubs, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Authority: Establish IO River as the definitive leader in Multi-CDN and Edge Security by growing our brand authority through high-level strategic initiatives, including podcasts, PR, social media, and industry influencer engagement.
• Brand & Asset Leadership: Lead the brand team to refine the company story and visual identity. Reshape and constantly evolve the brand narrative to ensure we are recognized as a credible, top-tier security solution.
• Web & Design Management: Manage the designer and oversee the constant creation of new, high-converting webpages that reflect our evolving brand story.
• Marketing Nurturing: Build and maintain a "nurturing machine" (including newsletters and retargeting loops on LinkedIn and YouTube) specifically designed to warm up our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) targets and move them through the funnel.
• Analyst & PR Management: Brief industry analysts monthly and secure speaking opportunities at major security conferences to get IO River onto potential customers' shortlists.
• SEO/GEO Leadership: Shift SEO focus toward security to rank higher in LLM analysis tools.
• Sales Enablement: Generate high-impact sales enhancement briefs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest brand positioning and technical value propositions.

Requirements

• Startup Pedigree: At least 3 years working in a high-growth startup environment; comfortable with "getting your hands dirty."
• Domain Expertise: 2-3 years in B2B SaaS, specifically within Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Networking.
• Technical Orientation: High technical aptitude; comfortable navigating new tools and translating complex technology into clear value props.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing a team (internal or external) and leading brand growth.
• Creative Execution: Ability to work closely with designers, hand over professional design briefs, and oversee the creation of high-converting webpages.
• Content & Scripts: Strong writing ability (independently or leveraging AI) with specific experience in scriptwriting for video or podcasts.
