Experienced Sales Specialist

Voca Tooki is an award-winning language learning platform recognized as the "Best Product in the Middle East". We specialize in game-based second language learning—specifically English and Hebrew—for elementary schools and parents. Our platform is currently used by ~1,000 schools worldwide, transforming how children aged 6–12 acquire new languages.

We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Marketing Expert to define and execute strategic projects for our schools in Israel and globally. You will lead efforts to acquire new public schools and municipalities, leveraging our AI-driven platform that features Game-Based AI Personalization and an Management System for teachers.

• Strategic Planning: Contributes information, ideas, and research to develop and implement marketing plans for each product offered.
• Sales Strategy: Develops sales approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions and sponsored events.
• B2B & B2G Growth: Navigate direct sales to schools and build relationships with municipalities to expand our footprint.
• Partner Support: Guide and train international partners to ensure effective customer success efforts.
• Market Analysis: Analyses trends, demographics, and pricing strategies to improve performance and meet sales quotas.

• Experience: 3+ years of marketing leadership experience within the technology industry.
• Proven Track Record: Solid experience in sales locally; familiarity with the Israeli school system is a major advantage.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and provide professional development to a diverse team through a collaborative work style.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and business development.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in school-based sales and marketing for mobile applications.
