Would you like to join one of the hottest, fastest-growing NGO in the vegan world? Vegan-Friendly seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial Project Manager for our labeling division.

This is a hands-on Project Manager role focused on day-to-day operations. The role starts with operational work, including customer support, sales support, and coordination across teams, alongside managing a small team (a part-time employee and a national service volunteer).

We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved in execution, not just strategy. Someone who is comfortable doing “ground-level” work, taking ownership, and building structure where there isn’t one yet.

Over time, and if things go well, the role can grow into building and leading a full department, including processes, systems, and strategic projects.

The right person is organized, proactive, and not afraid of ambiguity or operational work.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage day-to-day operations across Back Office, Customer Service, and Sales support, ensuring smooth execution and workflow coordination
• Support sales activities, including handling inbound/outbound leads and assisting with sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Take an active role in business development through outreach and sales calls to potential partners and clients
• Work closely with management on planning, reporting, and building basic financial tracking and business cases
• Support marketing and partnerships by identifying and coordinating external vendors and collaborators
• Improve and streamline internal processes, identifying gaps and implementing practical solutions
• Help structure and scale team operations as the organization grows, including coordination of small team members (Part-time / National service roles)
• Provide operational reporting and updates to management on key projects and progress
• Dedicate a minimum of 10-15 hours per week to active sales efforts, including outreach, follow-ups, and closing activities
