Role Description
As our Client Services Associate you will manage ongoing communication and service for our global client base. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, account administration, and service requests while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
The position includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate client records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Success is defined by delivering efficient, accurate, and client-focused service.

Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills with a client-oriented approach
- Customer Support and effective Communication skills to manage inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Basic understanding or interest in Finance to engage with client financial needs and portfolio information, an advantage
- Language skills: Native-level English; Proficient Hebrew
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus
