Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Marketing Lead role located in Binyamina, Israel (next to train). The Growth Marketing Lead will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to expand client acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include building and scaling our inbound client acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on lead generation, campaign execution, and conversion optimization.

This position includes managing digital marketing channels, running paid campaigns, improving website funnels, written, audio and video content creation/production. Tracking key KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost. You will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders, with many opportunities to grow in your role over time.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Experience in growth hacking and innovative marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention
• Sales experience an advantage, with proven success in supporting revenue growth
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Experience in financial services or capital markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage
