We are a multi-group company operating several e-commerce platforms across four international locations, with a team of approximately 70 employees. We are seeking a hands-on IT Security Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our full IT environment.
The role includes mapping and auditing all IT systems, including website backends, user access rights, internal tools, and employee-dedicated communication channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram. You will identify vulnerabilities, implement security improvements, define internal policies, and enforce best practices across all entities.
This is a full-time, 3-month project-based role with the potential to evolve into a long-term Head of IT position for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT security, infrastructure management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of system architecture, access control, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience auditing and securing backend systems, user permissions, and communication tools (eg WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve vulnerabilities independently
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments is an advantage
- Strong organizational and documentation skills (policy creation, process definition)
- Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of critical systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
