We are looking for a strong, people‑oriented CRM Business Product Owner to lead the internal ZRM platform used by global Customer Service teams. The role includes full ownership of the product vision, roadmap, requirements, and cross‑functional alignment, working closely with users, stakeholders, IT, and development teams. Over time, the scope will expand to additional internal service platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the ZRM product vision and roadmap, gather user needs, and prioritize new capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with IT and development teams.
• Lead global rollouts of new features, including change management and local team support.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational support, issue resolution, and user feedback.
• Partner with training teams to ensure effective onboarding and adoption of new functionalities.

Job Requirements:

• Academic education in Computer Science / Industrial Management Or relevant field - a must
• Experience of at least 5 years in large organizations in roles such as product owner, Product manager, or business analyst
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments and influence without authority
• Hands-on experience in CRM systems or customer service processes is a strong advantage
• Experience in translating complex operational needs into clear business requirements
• Experience working closely with IT teams, developers, and analysts, acting as a translator between business and technical domains
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills – able to dive deep with users, ask the right questions, and understand root causes
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize, structure, and simplify
• Experience in change management – being a "champion of change" and helping end users adopt new ways of working
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
