Our Israel office is the heartbeat of our innovation, where Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams build the future of financial integrity.

We are looking for a powerhouse Global Vice President of Product to own our product organization end-to-end. This is a high-leverage role for a strong product minded leader who views product not just as a set of features, but as the engine of a $100M+ ARR business.

You will lead a global team across multiple regions, acting as the ultimate bridge between Product, R&D, and the Market. Your mission is to translate high-level company strategy into a rigorous, committed product plan that delivers undeniable value to our customers and outsized growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Define, together with the leadership team and commit to a product roadmap that aligns with our long-term commercial objectives and company strategy.
• Drive a culture of high-velocity execution. Partner deeply with R&D to bridge the gap between "the vision" and "the ship date," ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales and GTM teams. You are responsible for ensuring strong product-market fit and that our roadmap directly translates into revenue and market share.
• In a fast-moving, complex enterprise environment, you will drive what gets built, why, and when, balancing innovation with the needs of our global customer base.
• Act as a strategic partner to our top-tier clients. You will engage directly with enterprise stakeholders to validate priorities and ensure our roadmap solves the industry's most pressing challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class global product team, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and user-centricity.
  
  

• 10+ Years of product leadership in Enterprise B2B SaaS. You must have deep experience in "high-stakes" regulated environments such as Financial Crime, Compliance, Payments, or Fraud.
• You have a track record of leading teams of 20+ individuals through hyper-growth phases (e.g., scaling from $50M to $100M+ ARR). Experience leading tech teams will be an advantage.
• You possess a strong technical foundation, allowing you to partner effectively with engineering leaders and understand the nuances of complex software architecture.
• Experience leading and developing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• You are known for making clear, confident decisions under pressure and navigating the complexities of large-scale enterprise environments with ease.
