What are we looking for?

• Strong experience with SQL and ETL processes
• Proven experience defining and implementing complex financial logic and writing Calculation Specs
• Experience in designing semantic models for business consumption (BI / Data Modeling)
• Advantage: experience with Power BI and DAX
• Experience working with Data Ops: job scheduling, SLAs, data quality controls, and observability
• Experience performing end-to-end data investigations (RCA) and reconciling financial data
• Ability to lead delivery processes and manage backlog in a multi-interface environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to drive alignment across business and tech teams
• Strong system-level thinking, attention to detail, and fast learning ability
