IT Infrastructure Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring an IT Infrastructure Specialist!

This is a key infrastructure role in a complex Microsoft enterprise environment, with full responsibility for critical IT systems and end-to-end management of user environments and infrastructure.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments based on Microsoft and Windows.
• Directory Services: Proven experience with Active Directory, GPO, and policy management.
• Virtualization & Cloud: Experience with VMware, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience managing and resolving issues within Office 365, Teams, and various Microsoft services.
• Scale & Availability: Experience working in large-scale organizations (1,000+ users) and a willingness to perform on-call duties and provide support outside of standard working hours.
