Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role involves providing expert technical support to customers, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, envineering activitirs, and maintaining thorough documentation of support interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively address and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Experience in Customer Support, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively.
  • Ability to deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with microwave technology or manufacturing systems is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew for seamless communication with a global clientele.
  • Background in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field; a degree or certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
