Position Description
Overall responsibility for managing the IT and IS function at the Israel site, including infrastructure, business systems (with a strong focus on ERP), information security, and regulatory compliance.
The role includes close collaboration with local management, global IT teams, and external vendors, as well as leading critical technology processes that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of IT infrastructure and IT operations
- Responsibility for system stability, availability, and security
- Management of ERP systems and additional business applications
- Ongoing collaboration with global interfaces and external vendors
- Leading information security, SOX, and IT audit activities
- Bridging business needs with effective technological solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing IT / IS functions in an organizational environment
- Significant experience with ERP systems and business applications
- Strong advantage for candidates coming from industrial / manufacturing companies
- Broad technological understanding with strong business orientation
- Experience working in regulated and/or global environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces and lead processes
- High level of English (written and spoken)
