Control & Monitoring Engineer | Central Region | Full-time
Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Control & Monitoring (NOC) Engineer for a leading organization in the central region. This is an opportunity to take on a key role within a technologically advanced environment with multiple organizational interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the organization’s monitoring and control systems
- Maintain and manage the organizational operational data repository
- Develop monitoring solutions based on organizational requirements
- Improve operational processes and ensure business continuity
- Build and deliver dashboards to reflect operational data and insights
- Work across multiple internal interfaces
- Hands-on work with SCOM, BMC, TIVOLI, CA, Elastic, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in control and monitoring (NOC) environments
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as SCOM, BMC, TIVOLI, or CA
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language: Java, JavaScript, Python, or Bash
