We enable customers to build and book a fully custom ski holiday in minutes, combining flights, accommodation, transfers, ski passes, equipment and lessons in one seamless flow.

Behind the scenes, our technology evaluates millions of trip combinations in real time. We dynamically connect inventory from thousands of suppliers, automatically optimise which components we bundle together, and present only options that really work. What used to take hours of research and coordination now takes a few clicks and finds much better results for the users.

Every trip is fully customisable. Customers get the flexibility of building it themselves, with the security, protection, and support of a regulated holiday provider. Each trip is dynamically orchestrated in real time, with dependencies automatically managed across suppliers at scale, spanning 315 resorts in 21 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. From booking to return, we manage the entire journey, so customers can relax and enjoy their holiday.

We’ve recently crossed $100M in annual sales, including a $1M single day. Growth is accelerating, unit economics are strong, and the business funds its own growth. High transaction volume, complex infrastructure, real impact, delivered by a small, high-performing team.

We operate in a ~$80B global ski market with no technology-native market leader. The industry is still dominated by traditional tour operators, with business models and infrastructure that have barely evolved in decades. Role Overview:



We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to help scale WeSki’s organic growth from the ground up.

Organic is WeSki's next big growth lever — and it's still largely untapped. It's an early seat at a channel that actually matters, in a company with real focus and resources behind it.

In this role, you’ll execute and scale SEO strategies that expand WeSki’s visibility across Google and emerging LLM platforms.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Organic Growth and the Content editor, focusing on researching, reviewing, optimizing, and publishing content that drives organic traffic and helps skiers plan their next trip.

This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving content performance, and building efficient processes to scale SEO content production.

• Execute WeSki’s SEO content strategy to support organic growth and expand search visibility across SEO and GEO.
• Manage large-scale AI-assisted content production, including generating, reviewing and optimizing for SEO needs to ensure quality, accuracy, and SEO performance.
• Publish, update, and maintain website content via CMS platforms, ensuring all pages meet SEO best practices and are aligned with the organic growth roadmap.
• Conduct SEO content reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improving rankings, traffic, and user experience.
• Implement on-page SEO optimizations, including metadata, headings, schema, keyword targeting, and content structure.
• Manage and improve internal linking across the website to strengthen topical authority and improve crawlability.
• Analyze performance using SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.) to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Collaborate closely with the Content editor and Head of Organic Growth to plan, prioritize, and execute content initiatives.
• Continuously test and improve AI workflows and content processes to increase efficiency and scale organic growth.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience with content marketing, SEO, and organic growth.
• Native English speaker.
• Experience using SEO analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, etc.) to analyze and perform data driven SEO content audits and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency in using CMS platforms and content management tools for publishing and managing content.
• Hands-on experience with AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Claude, etc.).
• Self-driven and highly organized, with strong time, task and priority management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Critical eye for content review and keen attention to detail.
• Fast learner, who thrives on discovering new opportunities and continuously improving workflows and processes.
  
  

• Skier / Snowboarder – always a plus.
• Background in a B2C or travel-tech company.
