Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to lead projects and provide ongoing support in Microsoft infrastructure environments.
The role includes working with:
Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, and Terminal Services, as well as supporting end-user environments such as VDI, thin clients, and centralized systems based on Citrix.
This position involves both project-based work and day-to-day maintenance of internal organizational systems, providing service to internal users, and reporting to a team leader.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with complex IT systems in Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Proven experience with GPO and GPP for managing policies across workstations and servers
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, VMware, Intune, and Terminal Services
- Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and related products
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Availability for on-call duties and after-hours support when required
Advantages:
