Job description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to equipment, cleaning, maintenance, infrastructure, defect, and safety inquiries based on urgency level. Address requests independently or coordinate with appropriate specialized contractors when needed. Escalate malfunctions requiring professional services to management for approval. Provide guidance and oversee contractor work on repairs and defects. Manage equipment procurement and installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong technical and professional proficiency in construction trades including , plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with proven teamwork skills. Fluency in Hebrew required; English proficiency is advantageous. Competence with standard office software applications.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires physical labor and exertion as part of regular duties.
