Software Development Engineer

We are looking for a strong, hands‑on software engineer who leads features end‑to‑end, thrives in complex environments, and is passionate about building AI‑driven solutions that improve development quality at scale.

About the Role:

You will join an Automation Infrastructure team building enterprise‑level automation platforms and AI‑powered test intelligence used across multiple development domains (Web, Mobile, Core Systems, SaaS).

The team works in an agile, cross‑functional environment, closely collaborating with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligent AI agents for test planning, code generation, RCA, and data handling.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines connecting business and technical knowledge to LLMs.
• Build workflows using LangChain / MCP.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and Quality Gates.
• Develop tools for embedding AI into enterprise automation infrastructures.
• Work closely with Development, DevOps, QA, and Data teams.
• Design and build AI‑enabled microservices.
• Integrate AI tools as a core part of the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain AI capabilities within the enterprise testing platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend or Full‑Stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java / TypeScript
• Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs
• Hands‑on experience with Linux environments
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Strong collaboration skills and a broad, system-level mindset

Nice to Have:

• Strong background in Application Security and safe usage of LLMs
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain / MCP
• Experience working with Vector Databases
• Background in test infrastructure or automation frameworks
