A leading company in Rishon LeZion is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Back Office role with a sales and operational orientation.
The role includes working with business clients, handling financial documents, and providing ongoing support to sales and service processes.
Responsibilities:
Receiving, checking, and uploading invoices in customer systems and portals (NIPENDO / STORENEXT)
Ongoing work with Excel for analysis and control
Coordination and work with internal interfaces within the organization (sales, finance, logistics, etc.)
Handling and tracking financial documents and orders
Providing administrative support to sales and service teams
Requirements:
Proficiency in Priority system – mandatory
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic Pivot – mandatory
Basic level of English – mandatory
Knowledge in bookkeeping – a significant advantage
Personal Skills:
High level of organization and order
Ability to work in a multi-tasking and multi-interface environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and high service awareness
Ability to work independently alongside teamwork
Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling financial documents
