Role Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical System Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in designing and delivering customized solutions for our customers. This position combines technical system design with cross-functional collaboration, particularly during the presales phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system engineering and architecture design for customer-specific solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and partners during the presales phase to ensure successful deal execution
- Analyze customer requirements and identify critical design challenges
- Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues
- Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams to refine and optimize product designs
- Contribute as an active and collaborative member of the engineering team
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- 2+ years of experience in system engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
