Job description
The VP Product will define and lead the company’s product strategy and vision, aligning market needs with organizational capabilities to drive growth and long-term competitive advantage.
This executive role owns a complex, multidisciplinary product portfolio, serving as the strategic bridge between R&D, business functions, and global customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
- Build and manage a multi-year product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and resource efficiency.
- Identify market opportunities, technology trends, and competitive shifts, translating them into actionable product plans.
- Create a clear and compelling product narrative that resonates across the entire organization. Product Lifecycle Management End-to-End
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and development to global launch and optimization.
- Define and track product KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead critical trade-offs between technical constraints, customer demands, and business viability. Drive robust discovery processes, including customer validation and market experiments. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Foster a strong product culture grounded in data, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Business & Customer Engagement Translate customer needs into high-value product decisions and Go-To-Market strategies. Maintain a strong presence in the field through global customer visits to ensure deep feedback loops.
- Partner with key customers and stakeholders to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Systems Thinking & Growth Expansion: Drive growth through new product development and the expansion of existing lines into new markets or use cases.
- Establish scalable product processes to support organizational growth while balancing innovation and stability.
Job requirements
- Requirements Leadership Experience: 7–10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (VP Product / Head of Product).
- Proven experience leading products that integrate hardware and software.
- Strong background in both R&D-facing product definition and customer-facing GTM strategy. Experience managing complex, large-scale systems and field deployments.
- Proven success in leading strategic products within either a large-scale organization or a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- A systems-level thinker who can bridge technology, product, and business objectives.
- Ability to lead through influence and build trust across multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrix environments, balancing speed with scalability. Combines innovative thinking with a relentless focus on business execution and customer value.
