Senior Data Analyst (Full-Time) - Rishon Le Zion

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with at least 4 years of relevant experience to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of analytical workstreams, lead forecasting and data analysis efforts for client engagements, and play a key role in improving supply chain performance. You will work directly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights and driving real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of large and complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Develop, evaluate, and enhance demand forecasting models and planning processes
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall planning performance
• Mentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance on methodologies and best practices
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, methodologies, and analytical frameworks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting
• Strong proficiency in Excel is required
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is required
• Experience working with large datasets and building analytical models
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with planning systems (e.g., Oracle Demantra, Oracle Demand Management Cloud, or similar) is an advantage
