Engagement: Part time consulting

Rate: 70 to 90 US dollars per hour

Third Party International is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant based in Israel to support manufacturing and operations clients on a part time basis. This role is ideal for a hands on practitioner with strong lean and process improvement skills who enjoys working directly with factories and operations teams to solve problems and deliver measurable results.

You will work with clients in advanced manufacturing, aerospace style supply chains, and related industries to stabilize operations, improve throughput, and reduce cost and lead time while maintaining quality and compliance.

About the RoleYou will partner with local leadership and cross functional teams to identify bottlenecks and waste, lead structured problem solving, and implement sustainable improvements. Work may include a mix of on site visits and remote support, depending on client needs and location within Israel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssess current state operations, value streams, and production flow and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities including kaizen events, workshops, and problem solving sessions
• Develop and support implementation of standard work, visual management, and basic performance management systems
• Work with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering to reduce lead time, improve on time delivery, and increase first pass yield
• Use data to quantify issues, track results, and verify that improvements are sustained
• Coach client teams on lean tools and structured problem solving so they can own and maintain gains
• Prepare clear summaries and updates for client leadership on progress, risks, and next steps
• QualificationsSignificant experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Hands on experience with tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, root cause analysis, basic visual management, and simple KPI systems
• Background in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other regulated or complex manufacturing environments is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical actions on the shop floor
• Proven ability to work with operators, supervisors, and managers and to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable balancing multiple part time client engagements and managing your own schedule
• Strong written and spoken English. Hebrew is an advantage for local client work
• Based in Israel with the ability to travel within the country to client sites as needed
• US citizenship a plus but not required
