Senior Salesforce Implementer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to join our Customer Experience (CX) Applications division and take full responsibility for analyzing business processes, defining and delivering technological solutions in Salesforce, in a complex, multi‑interface enterprise environment.

Job Description:

Full responsibility for analyzing business processes, defining and delivering technological solutions in the Customer Experience (CX) domain, including leading cross‑organizational processes, implementing solutions in Salesforce, working with multiple interfaces and managing integrations between systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and definition of solutions in Salesforce.
• Hands-on design and implementation of complex automations in Salesforce.
• Planning and definition of interfaces and integrations between systems.
• Writing functional and technical specification documents at detailed design level.
• Ongoing work with development teams, infrastructure, information security and external vendors.
• Managing and leading tasks and projects while meeting timelines.
• Ongoing work with marketing, service and sales teams.
• Supporting complex business processes and gaining a deep understanding of user needs.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing, configuring and delivering complex processes in Salesforce.
• Understanding of information systems architecture and implementation of integrations between different systems- mandatory
• Proven experience in business process analysis- mandatory
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving abilities and high-level system thinking.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and lead processes.
• High interpersonal communication skills, strong teamwork and interface management, ability to bridge between technological and business stakeholders.

Advantages:

• Experience working in an enterprise organization within a complex, multi‑interface technological environment.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• High level of English- reading and writing technical documentation.
