TNG Group develops advanced RF systems, wireless communication networks, management and analytics software, and security-related solutions. We are expanding our research capabilities and looking for a talented Algorithm Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. This role reports directly to the Algorithms Group Manager and focuses on developing cutting-edge solutions for wireless communication and protocol analysis.

⚡The Role

As an Algorithm Engineer, you will work across the full stack—from RF to baseband. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated algorithms that combine classical signal processing with modern AI/ML-based analysis to solve complex challenges in signal detection and classification.

⚡Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop algorithms for signal capture, waveform analysis, and demodulation.

• Perform protocol analysis and reverse engineering for various wireless standards.

• Implement AI/ML models for spectral analysis, anomaly detection, and automated waveform classification.

• Conduct end-to-end simulations and prototypes to validate theoretical models.

• Work closely with the RF, Firmware, and Systems teams to transition research into real-time, product-ready implementations.

• Support the generation of IP and technical documentation for new algorithmic solutions.

⚡Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (M.Sc./Ph.D. is a significant advantage).

• Solid foundation in communication theory, digital signal processing (DSP), and wireless protocols.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the development of wireless systems.

• Familiarity with major wireless standards such as Wi-Fi (802.11), Bluetooth, or Cellular (LTE/5G).

• Strong programming skills in Python and Matlab.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced research environment while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience or strong theoretical knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

• Experience with SDR (Software Defined Radio) platforms.

• Background in protocol reverse engineering or cybersecurity.

• Previous experience in a defense or high-end security technology company.
