💰 The Scale: You will be fully hands-on, managing and optimizing massive monthly budgets (we're talking $200K+).
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 End-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of high-budget Meta Ads campaigns.
🔹 Deep data analysis to identify trends and execute actionable optimizations to improve ROI.
🔹 Continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
🔹 Collaborating with internal teams to implement new strategies and scale to new markets.
What you need to bring to the table:
✔️ Must have: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads. ✔️ Must have: Proven experience in highly competitive verticals: Forex / CFD / Gaming / Social Casino.
✔️ Strong analytical skills—you should be highly comfortable with numbers, tracking, and Excel formulas.
✔️ Experience working under strict revenue and performance KPIs.
✔️ Huge Advantage: Experience running campaigns in the LATAM or Arabic-speaking markets.
