Ready to step into the engine room of a high-performance production environment?
We’re looking for a sharp operator who thrives under pressure and knows how to keep complex systems running flawlessly around the clock.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Orchestrating and monitoring workloads across mainframe and open systems environments
- Managing job scheduling and automation using Control-M
- Tracking and executing both routine and ad-hoc processing flows
- Troubleshooting software and system issues in real time alongside development and infrastructure teams
- Providing responsive support to end users and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring production stability with a sharp eye for detail and zero tolerance for errors
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role (must)
- Formal training in mainframe systems, preferably IBM z/OS
- Strong working knowledge of JCL and job execution flows
- Experience with Unix / Windows environments
- Proven experience with Control-M (mainframe + Enterprise Manager)
- Familiarity with databases in MVS environments (especially IBM Db2)
*This is a shift-based role (5 days a week)*
