The role includes leading cross-organizational application projects, improving organizational processes, and implementing information systems from the stage of identifying needs through full implementation and adoption across the organization.

The position is suitable for someone who enjoys connecting people, processes, and technology, and leading change and impact in a large organization with a social mission.

Responsibilities

Leading application and technological projects from initiation, through requirements definition and planning, to full implementation

Working with organizational units to define needs and processes

Writing specification documents, procedures, and process documentation

Coordinating and accompanying work with system vendors and service providers

Leading implementation processes, training, and user support

Improving and optimizing organizational processes through information systems and automation

Assisting with and taking responsibility for additional non-application projects within the department

Accompanying projects and implementations at the organization’s various facilities, including on-site presence

Requirements

At least two years of experience leading application projects or information systems projects
Proven experience in process characterization and user requirements definition
Experience working with users, vendors, and multiple interfaces
High-level writing and documentation skills, including specifications, procedures, and manuals
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Experience working with ERP systems, with an emphasis on the Tafnit system
Experience working with Salesforce
Familiarity with public organizations, nonprofits, or large multi-user organizations
