For a leading global industrial company located in the North (Yokneam), we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Data & Predictive Leader to drive the organization into the next generation of predictive and optimization capabilities.
Our company operates at the forefront of technology, delivering intelligent solutions for resource management on a global scale. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CIO, and serving as a critical bridge between business needs and advanced technological solutions.
About the Role
As the leader of the Data & Predictive domain, you will be responsible for driving a strategic transformation from traditional BI reporting to advanced predictive and optimization systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the data product management lifecycle, including writing PRDs and defining business requirements for predictive solutions
- Define and execute the data strategy and infrastructure roadmap, including assessment of existing DWH and BI environments
- Build and maintain global partnerships with business units, consolidating needs and driving adoption of new technologies
- Translate raw data into actionable insights using advanced statistical and predictive models
- Drive technology decision-making, including evaluation of external platforms (Buy vs. Build) and leading procurement processes
- Lead end-to-end initiatives, from concept to implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data strategy, including transitioning from BI to predictive solutions
- Hands-on experience writing technical and business PRDs
- Deep understanding of DWH, BI infrastructures, and statistical/analytical models
- Strong experience working with global stakeholders and building strategic partnerships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into measurable impact
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of leading complex projects end-to-end
