IT Project Portfolio Manager

A leading financial organization is seeking an IT Project Portfolio Manager to lead the planning, governance, and performance management of its IT project portfolio.

This role combines strategic planning with financial oversight and cross-functional coordination at the organizational level.

Role Description

• Lead the annual IT work plan, aligning business needs with organizational strategy

• Manage and oversee the IT project portfolio, including prioritization, critical project identification, and cross-functional coordination

• Perform financial planning and analysis for projects, including budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, and variance tracking

• Develop and implement methodologies, KPIs, and governance routines to monitor portfolio and project performance for senior management

• Ensure end-to-end project oversight, maintaining alignment with timelines, budgets, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management – required

• 3+ years of experience in strategic management of complex IT projects – required

• Proven experience managing large-scale project portfolios in enterprise environments, including governance, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management – required

• Advanced proficiency in Excel – required
