A financial company is seeking a Project Manager to support IT project execution in a dynamic environment.
This role serves as an operational extension of the CIO, combining hands-on coordination with cross-functional process involvement and decision-support activities.
Role Description
• Participate in ongoing meetings, document decisions and action items in real time
• Track and monitor task progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare status updates, reports, and management presentations
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive task completion
• Identify gaps, delays, and risks, and escalate as needed
• Support cross-organizational initiatives and ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a PMO / Project Coordination role – required
• Relevant academic degree – required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
