Project Overview

We are looking for a visionary and analytical Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation Trading Strategy Builder. In this role, you will define the product roadmap and bridge the gap between complex financial engineering and seamless user experience. You will enable traders and investors to design, backtest, and deploy sophisticated trading strategies through an intuitive and powerful platform. This is a hybrid position based in Rishon-Le-Tzion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Fintech or Trading-related products
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, including technical analysis, algorithmic trading, and backtesting methodologies
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into product requirements
• Technical background or familiarity with APIs, financial data providers, and cloud-based systems
• Experience with Python or SQL would be a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience delivering products in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in trading (swing trading or long-term investing)
• Background in Computer Science, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with automated trading systems or no-code strategy builders

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for the strategy-building platform
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in fintech and trading
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for complex features (e.g., technical indicators, risk management, automated execution)
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quant teams, and UX/UI designers to ensure feasibility and excellent user experience
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and platform reliability
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership
