We are looking for a senior leader to define and drive the future of digital productivity, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working across a global enterprise environment.
This role focuses on enabling employees to work smarter through modern digital tools, citizen development, and responsible AI adoption.
You will shape how productivity technologies are adopted at scale, turning digital capabilities into real business impact.
What you will do
- Define the enterprise strategy for digital productivity and employee enablement
- Drive adoption of productivity, collaboration, and automation tools
- Enable citizen development and self-service automation across the organisation
- Lead the rollout of AI-enabled productivity capabilities (including Copilot-based tools)
- Partner with IT, Security, Risk, HR, and business leaders on safe enablement frameworks
- Establish governance and guardrails for low-code and AI usage
- Measure adoption, productivity gains, and business value delivered
- Build communities of practice and champion networks to scale adoption
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in digital workplace, productivity, or enterprise transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering large-scale adoption programmes (not pilots)
- Deep understanding of modern workplace tools and automation platforms
- Ability to translate technical capability into business value
- Experience working in complex, global environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
