What matters:
- strong Python skills and production engineering experience;
- hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic, etc.), RAG, and prompt engineering;
- experience building AI pipelines, integrations, and APIs;
- understanding of quality, metrics, logging, and scaling AI features;
- autonomy, ownership, and a product mindset.
Nice to have:
- experience with vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex;
- deployment and MLOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring);
- experience in a fast-growing startup.
