ROLE SUMMARY
Own a direct Email & SMS campaign layer targeting reactivation, deposit growth, and retention —
while acting as the strategic bridge between CRM, VIP, Acquisition, and Brand. Works closely with
the Head of CRM and Head of VIP as a peer and collaborator, not an overseer. Leads cross-team
marketing strategy for major events and campaigns; task coordination and delivery tracking run
through the Project Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN – Plan, build, and send targeted Email and SMS campaigns — reactivation, deposit stimulation, and retention
cycles – Maintain a monthly campaign calendar aligned with business targets and key sporting/seasonal events – Align with Head of CRM and Head of VIP on segmentation, promotional direction, and lifecycle gaps —
complementing their activity, not replacing it – Lead the marketing strategy for major events (World Cup, Champions League, seasonal peaks) —
consolidate team inputs into one unified plan, hand execution coordination to the PM – Define promotional mechanics (bonuses, free bets, free spins) and ensure the right balance between
growth and margin – Own performance tracking for your own campaigns and contribute to shared monthly reviews – Manage the marketing budget and own CRM/campaign tooling (e.g., Smartico or equivalent)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
5+ years in iGaming marketing — casino and sportsbook is mandatory
– Hands-on experience running Email and SMS campaigns at volume – Strong understanding of CRM, player lifecycle, and bonus mechanics
– Comfortable working across multiple teams without formal authority over them
– Data-driven — reads campaign numbers and acts on them quickly
– Experience with CRM platforms, Smartico knowledge as an advantage
– Experience with SMS/Email sending platforms. Xtremepush knowledge as an advantage
– Budget ownership experience
