We’re looking for a highly driven, hands-on SDR Team Leader to build and scale a high-performing outbound engine.
This is a true player–coach role — combining leadership with direct execution, where you will personally drive pipeline while building the team, processes, and strategy behind it.
You will play a critical role in shaping how pipeline is generated, how outbound is executed, and how the company scales its revenue engine.

What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and scale the SDR function from the ground up
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing outbound team
- Own pipeline generation targets and performance metrics
- Define and optimize outbound strategy (messaging, sequencing, channels)
- Drive hands-on pipeline creation (~40% individual contribution initially)
- Improve funnel conversion and pipeline quality
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align GTM execution
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR leadership experience
- 2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience
- Strong expertise in outbound and pipeline generation
- Data-driven, process-oriented mindset
- High ownership, execution-focused, and hands-on approach
- Experience in Martech or data-driven environments
