Data Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing data team. We operate in the AI-driven intelligence space, where the quality and scale of our data are the product's core.

In this role, you will be the architect of the pipelines that process, transform, and deliver massive streams of digital content. You’ll join us at a pivotal growth stage, moving from established foundations to high-scale, sophisticated data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Pipeline Engineering: Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process high-volume digital data.
• Architecture & Scale: Evolve our data architecture to support increasing complexity, focusing on reliability and performance optimization.
• Infrastructure as Code: Own and manage data environments on AWS, ensuring our data warehouse and processing engines are optimized.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers to provide the high-quality data sets needed for our AI models.
• System Health: Implement monitoring, data quality checks, and performance tuning to ensure our data platform is robust and production-ready.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Depth: 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer building systems for production-grade products.
• Big Data Mastery: Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, or similar).
• Cloud Native: Deep understanding of cloud-based data ecosystems, specifically AWS.
• Data-First Mindset: Solid understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling best practices at scale.
• Startup Agility: You enjoy the pace of a fast-growing startup. You’re proactive, take ownership, and care about clean, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data-heavy domains (AdTech, Gaming, or Cyber).
• Academic background in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Exposure to MLOps or supporting AI/ML production pipelines.
