Job description:
Your next career move starts here: Soldering Technician – Jerusalem.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precise soldering, BGA reballing, and PCB rework.
- Work under a microscope to solder fine-pitch components, probes, and wires.
- Use advanced BGA rework stations for component replacement and repair.
- Read and analyze .brd files and Allegro layouts to locate components.
- Support board debugging, prototype rework, and hardware validation tasks.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to lab and ESD standards.
Profile description:
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rework, soldering, and assembly of electronic PCBs.
- Proven experience with rebelling BGA components – mandatory.
- Proficiency in soldering all types of components, including Through-Hole, SMD, BGA, Fine Pitch, etc.
- Experience in pad (socket) repair – significant advantage.
- Skilled in using advanced BGA rework stations.
- Ability to work with .brd files and Allegro to locate components and understand layout.
- Precise soldering of probes, wires, and cables under a microscope.
