Experienced FP&A Analyst

Maytronics is a publicly traded company that develops and manufactures leading consumer technology products, with international commercial operations.

We are seeking an Experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and playing a key role in supporting strategic business decision-making.

The position has a strong business partnering orientation, focusing on financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support .

What You’ll Do

• Lead profitability analysis across products, customers, and business units to support strategic decision-making
• Drive financial insights to support pricing, commercial strategy, and business performance optimization
• Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making
• Lead financial analysis for strategic projects, including M&A and investment evaluation
• Develop and maintain advanced financial dashboards and KPI frameworks for management reporting and business insights

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A / financial analysis in a technology company or an international manufacturing company
• Previous experience in Big 4 is a strong advantage
• Strong business acumen with understanding of both commercial and manufacturing drivers of financial performance
• Advanced Excel, ERP & BI experience; Priority ERP advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Hybrid work model: 1 day per week remote
