Sales Operations Analyst - 50003906

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Sales Operations professional to join our HQ team and play a key role in optimizing operational processes and business insights.

What you’ll do?

• End-to-end creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, including data source connections, data cleansing, modeling, and visualization
• Defining, implementing, and improving operational workflows to support smarter and more efficient HQ operations
• Conducting in-depth analysis of operational data within the insurance and financial domains, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translating data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Supporting the design and optimization of data-driven Customer Journeys and improving customer-facing interfaces

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in at least one significant Sales Operations or Business Operations role
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, including building complex reports, writing DAX, and understanding data models
• Experience working with large operational datasets and business-oriented stakeholders
• Background in insurance and/or financial services – a strong advantage
