Digital Analyst

We are looking for a talented and data-driven Digital Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of data analysis across various digital channels, optimizing budgets, and transforming complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Analysis & Measurement: Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and measure overall marketing effectiveness.
• SEO Performance Tracking: Monitor organic search performance, analyze search trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Strategic Partnership: Work daily with internal Marketing Managers to formulate and refine data-led marketing strategies.
• Data Visualization: Consolidate data from multiple sources and present it through clear, visual dashboards for key decision-makers.
• Growth Optimization: Identify growth opportunities and improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) based on historical data and market trends.

Requirements:

• Education: Relevant academic degree – Mandatory.
• Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in digital analytics – Mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and GA4 – Mandatory.
• Excel Mastery: High-level Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) – Mandatory.
• BI Tools: Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio – Significant Advantage.
• SEO Knowledge: Technical understanding of SEO, including Google Search Console and Semrush.
• Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to present data insights and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
