We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead supplier and materials qualification activities in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier and service provider qualification, approval, and requalification in compliance with GMP requirements
- Lead supplier audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and CAPA follow-up
- Establish, review, and maintain Quality/Technical Agreements
- Oversee QA release of incoming raw and packaging materials, including COA review, specifications, and quality trend analysis
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and manage supplier-related complaints and investigations
- Support regulatory inspections and GMP audits related to suppliers, materials, and quality systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in supplier qualification, audits, materials QA release, and Quality Agreements
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and material control processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
