We are looking for an accomplished Chief of Staff & Projects to work closely with senior leadership and drive cross-organizational processes, performance management, and strategic execution.

What you’ll do?

• Leading cross-organizational and strategic processes from planning and budgeting through execution, working closely with senior management, key stakeholders, and multiple interfaces
• Monitoring and controlling division KPIs, building measurement and governance frameworks, identifying deviations, and initiating corrective actions to improve commercial performance
• Analyzing the performance of underwriting and sales channels, identifying on-the-ground gaps, and designing practical, executable solutions to improve profitability and efficiency
• Processing data and generating business insights, preparing presentations and analyses for senior management, and managing ongoing work routines and regular executive reporting

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in HQ, Chief of Staff, project management, or business-focused roles
• High proficiency in Excel for performance analysis, model building, and translating data into clear business insights and management-level presentations
• Proven experience leading end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives and influencing matrixed stakeholders, including senior executives
• Background in the insurance or financial services industry – an advantage
