Lead UI/UX Designer-5581

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and design domain within the company.

This role includes end-to-end responsibility for designing and defining digital products, with a focus on B144 and BIZ B144 platforms, while establishing a unified design language, improving user experience, and driving cross-functional processes.

The role involves close collaboration with Product, Development (Frontend/Backend), and Marketing teams, as well as managing and mentoring a team of designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX domain, including team management and professional guidance
• Define, build, and maintain a unified Design System across products
• Design user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for web platforms
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize UX
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Define digital processes for internal and external systems
• Perform Design QA to ensure accurate implementation
• Support development processes with a strong understanding of technical constraints and architecture

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX
• Team management experience – חובה
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping)
• Experience leading Design Systems
• Experience with user research and UX analysis
• Understanding of development processes (Frontend/Backend)
• Experience working on complex web platforms
• Strong product thinking, leadership skills, and system-level vision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
